When I first saw this at the store, I thought it was very interesting that there is instant Pho. I was skeptical that it would taste even similar to what the real thing does. Well actually it wasn't bad. It did taste like Pho although the flavor was kind of weak. But whenever I eat Pho, I add a lot of sauce to it so no wonder it was blend for me. The noodle was also a very good quality that it had naturally dried rice noodle which became soft instantly when added hot water.
This is the color of the soup only with the sauce which is included.
However, I added Sriracha and Hoisin sauce to it.
I like my Pho red and brown like that.

Found this awesome vegan noodle soup called Happy Pho - a delicious Vietnamese noodle soup that's so flavorful and takes 10 mins to cook. I add mushroom, spinach and have a steaming bowl of soup.
